Who we are
Eccles Recruitment (company registration and Employment Agency licence pending) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
For candidates: your name, contact details, work eligibility, CV, employment history, licences and tickets, and your role preferences.
For clients: your name, business contact details, and the details of the roles you ask us to fill.
How we use it
We use candidate data to match you to suitable roles and, with your explicit consent, to submit you to specific clients. We use client data to provide our recruitment services.
We never send a candidate's CV to a client without that candidate's consent.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, port or erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details on our contact page.
Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out above, and in line with our retention policy and your consent.
